For the past 13.5 years, Mara has devoted her career to wound care nursing, and it’s nothing short of her passion. She lives and breathes wound care, finding no greater joy than healing chronic wounds and watching patients thrive.
Before nursing, Mara’s path was anything but ordinary. She worked in law, horticulture, and with animals, each step uniquely shaping the nurse she is today.
Living in beautiful Colorado, Mara is a proud mom to a 16-year-old daughter, along with two cats and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, snowshoeing, camping, traveling, and soaking up great food and live music.
Mara brings deep experience, empathy, and enthusiasm to everything she does, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team!
