Jayvin

Meet Jayvin, one of our amazing Physical Therapists!

Around here, you’ll often hear him called “Jay”—or even “Peaches,” a sweet nickname given by a resident because of his kind and caring nature.

Jayvin earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in the Philippines and has been practicing for nearly 14 years. He has worked in outpatient, hospital, home health, and long-term care settings—though he’ll tell you LTC is truly where his heart is.

Known as a self-proclaimed “Grandma’s pet,” Jayvin has a special gift for connecting with our residents and helping them feel supported and encouraged.

Outside of work, Jayvin stays busy with his three wonderful daughters—a high school freshman, an 8th grader, and a 3rd grader. You’ll often find him cheering them on at volleyball games and dance recitals or enjoying Friday lunch dates with his wife.
